Grogu's Story

This turtle is a survivor!

We noticed Grogu having a little trouble diving near Hope Sound- a very common condition for sea turtles who have survived a traumatic boating accident. Grogu also had a few Fibropapilloma tumors on her neck and flippers. Over 22% of dead or stranded turtles have FP tumors, so it’s important we help remove them whenever we can.
