We are very happy to welcome visitors to the Gumbo Limbo Boardwalk to enjoy a half mile-round trip walk through the Coastal Hammock Forest.

Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, north trails, and parking lots remain closed in response to the Coronavirus pandemic until further notice. Please check gumbolimbo.org and myboca.us for more information. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding and stay safe.

Restrooms are not available when the nature center is closed.

Suggested $5.00 donation per person

Parking
There is free parking on site for Gumbo Limbo visitors only. There is no beach parking permitted at Gumbo Limbo Nature Center. Additional parking is available in the Red Reef West parking lot, at the south end of our boardwalk (note: this is metered parking).
Weather
For the safety of our Visitors, Volunteers, and Staff, all outdoor facilities including the boardwalk, trails, Aquariums, and Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Facility, are closed when lightning is in the area.

East on Palmetto Park Road to A1A (North Ocean Boulevard)

Exit Glades Road
After toll booth - turn left (East)
Turn right (South) onto Dixie Highway
Turn left (East) on Palmetto Park Road to A1A (North Ocean Boulevard)
