Kahlua's Story

Kahlua was rescued by biologists at Inwater Research Group from the St. Lucie Powerplant with severe lacerations from a vessel strike to the rear of the carapace. Kahlua also has barnacles covering the carapace, indicating the turtle has been lethargic and injured for a while.
